The PLAEA Coaching Coordinator supports TLC leadership teams by leveraging teacher leaders in support of school improvement, evaluating TLC program and teacher leader roles for increased effectiveness and and impact. Priority leadership support includes instructional coaching programs, mentoring and induction, and instructional frameworks.
