We have made a change to the offerings for the ELPA21 Professional Development Workshops and will offer each of the five workshops ONE TIME during this school year. Please ensure that content area teachers are made aware of this opportunity to learn how to implement evidence-based instruction for the English Learners in their classrooms! Also, please note that ALL workshop attendees receive a FREE Differentiation Strategies Poster! This poster has been selling like wildfire in the shop.nabe.org webstore and we are excited to be able to fill our classrooms in PLAEA with this lifeline resource for content teachers serving ELs.

Differentiated Instruction Level I- Nov. 16 & 17
Differentiated Instruction Level II- Dec. 14 & 15
Formative Assessment Level I- Feb. 15 & 16
Formative Assessment Level II- March 15 & 16
Standards Assessment and Score Reports- April 19 & 20
***Please Note: Participants who elect to attend all five workshops will be invited to participate in the Family Leadership and Literacy Institute in May, which will make them eligible to apply for the EL Educator Badge (a microcredential from the National Association for Bilingual Education).
