This full-day training provides the opportunity for participants to obtain and/or renew certification in CPI's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® program. Participants will receive an introduction to crisis prevention focusing on nonphysical strategies, including nonverbal, para-verbal, and verbal techniques that can be used to assist in de-escalating behavior.
