Parents Seeking Assistance
Seek Help for a Child Ages Birth to 3 Years
If your child is between the ages of birth to 3 years and is showing signs of delay in their ability to play, think, talk or move, they may be eligible for Early ACCESS services. You can make a referral by completing this form or by calling 712-335-6043 .
Seek Help for a Child 3 to 5 Years (Not in School)

Seek Help for Children Ages 5 to 21 Years
